I am available for a free consultation over the phone (up to 20 minutes), if you have any questions about my practice, fees, availability or counselling in general.

Out initial assessment session is an opportunity for you to decide if therapy is a good fit for you and if I am a suitable therapist for you. It's a chance to ask whatever questions you may have. Also, we would discuss your issues and problems to get a better understanding of where you are in your life situation and identify your goals. In addition, I would discuss with you contract details such as: confidentiality, attendance, fees and others.
