HOW LONG DOES THERAPY LAST?
Unfortunately, there is no easy answer to this. Some clients attend therapy long term if they are dealing with multiple problems. The others attend few sessions to address a specific issue. However, it is recommended to attend six sessions to give yourself an opportunity to see if therapy works for you. Nevertheless, it is entirely up to you to decide how many sessions you want to attend.

My approach to counselling is integrative, which means I integrate different models of therapy depending on client’s needs and preferences.
