It is recommended to attend counselling once a week, but if you are going through very difficult time I could see you more often for initial few weeks. However, if you find yourself feeling better you can attend therapy once in a fortnight or a month.

  • How long does therapy last?

Unfortunately, there is no easy answer to this. Some clients attend therapy long term if they are dealing with multiple problems. The others attend few sessions to address a specific issue. However, it is recommended to attend six sessions to give yourself an opportunity to see if therapy works for you. Nevertheless, it is entirely up to you to decide how many sessions you want to attend.

  • What is your approach to counselling?

My approach to counselling is integrative, which means I integrate different models of therapy depending on client’s needs and preferences.

  • Why should I choose your service?

Unlike many other therapists, I don’t take only one approach to counselling. I integrate a wide range of therapeutic approaches to suit my client’s needs. Every problem has few different ways of finding resolution. If one approach does not work for you, we can try something else.
